We are looking for a detail-oriented Test Technician to ensure the optimum performance of our production test systems and contribute to high-quality manufacturing output.
- Perform daily verification and system calibration of testers to ensure optimum performance and measurement accuracy.
- Assist in the setup and conversion of new test systems, including both hardware integration and software configuration.
- Identify root causes of product failures during production and implement corrective actions to improve First Pass Yield (FPY).
- Develop comprehensive troubleshooting guides and technical documentation for recurring technical issues.
- Ensure all production test stations are fully operational to minimize disruptions to manufacturing output.
- Support engineers in process optimization projects and maintain strict compliance with ISO standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field).
- Minimum 1–2 years of working experience in optical device testing or electronics repair within a mass production environment.
- Strong foundation in electronics with the ability to read and interpret complex circuit diagrams.
- Must be willing to undergo training in Ipoh, Perak.
- Ability to work rotating shifts.
- Proficient in computer usage and possesses strong technical report writing or documentation skills.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
