Job Responsibility:-
- Making unsolicited phone calls to potential customers to introduce the company's services.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers
- Handling objections and persuading customers to make a purchase
- Achieving sales targets and quotas
- Points provide a clear and concise way to express information to the client
- Emphasize key ideas and make it easier for readers to follow along
- Following up on customers and inquiries
Job Requirements:-
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills
- Good sales skills
- Ability to persuade and convince customers
- Strong listening skills
- Patience and perseverance
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Basic computer skills - Email & Microsoft Word/ Excel
- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing may be preferred.
- Team player and able to drive outcomes and handle difficult negotiations and exchanges
