- Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
- Provide product support for smart devices (e.g., troubleshooting, features explanation, compatibility)
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products, upgrades, or add-ons
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and KPIs
- Upsell and cross-sell products, services, and warranties where applicable
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and compliance guidelines
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and system updates
