Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion
• Coordinate site activities, ensuring work is carried out according to schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, contractual requirements, and company policies
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and site coordination meetings
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure timely delivery of works
• Control project costs and resources effectively
• Lead and supervise site teams to achieve project objectives

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction, with exposure to project coordination or management
• Experience handling site operations and coordinating multiple stakeholders
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, and site management
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: RM5,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
