Job Requirements

• Minimum Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) Tahap 2 atau 3 dalam bidang Pendawaian Elektrik / Elektrik Industri / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Possess a valid Electrical Competency Certificate (e.g., PW2 / PW4) recognized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (if applicable).
• Registered with relevant authorities as required under statutory regulations.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Experience working in plantation, factory, or industrial environment is an added advantage.

Other Requirements

• Willing to work in plantation/remote estate environment.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to respond to breakdown calls.
• Possess own transport (if required).
• Willing to work overtime and on standby when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, control panels, switchboards, lighting systems, and distribution boards.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on generators, water pumps, motors, and estate machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and perform corrective repairs promptly to minimize operational downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical installations in estate buildings, workers’ quarters, clinics, stores, and workshops.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with safety regulations and relevant statutory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
• Respond to emergency electrical breakdowns as required.
• Monitor and maintain backup power supply systems.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of electrical tools and equipment.
• Assist in upgrading and improving estate's electrical infrastructure when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
