Position: Field Control Engineer
Location: Putrajaya (HQ), All Semenanjung Area (Site)
Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Field Control Engineer to support site operations, documentation control, and project coordination for civil and pipeline-related works. The candidate should possess strong knowledge in construction documentation, method statements, and field coordination to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project requirements.
Requirements
Candidates should be accustomed to and experienced in the following:
- Slope works – construction and maintenance of slopes along pipeline routes
- Civil structural works – dissipator block, wing wall, and related structures
- Gabion wall installation
- Gabion mattress installation
- Soil Investigation (S.I.) works including:
- Hand Auger
- Soil Penetration Test
- Field Density Test
- Stone pitching works
- Preparation and handling of:
- Vendor Deliverable Registered List (VDRL)
- Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
- Job Method Statement (JMS)
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and establish Job Method Statements (JMS) and related work procedures.
- Compile and maintain all project-related documents including:
- AFC Drawings
- Job Method Statements (JMS)
- Material Approval Request (MAR)
- Other relevant project documentation
- Control and manage document and drawing distribution to relevant project personnel.
- Coordinate site activities including manpower allocation and machinery arrangements.
- Ensure all project documentation is properly updated, recorded, and filed.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with project requirements, specifications, and procedures.
- Coordinate with site teams and project management to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- At least 1-2 years experience in pipeline or civil infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
- Familiar with project documentation and quality control processes.
- Able to work at assigned project locations across Semenanjung Malaysia.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Possess or able to obtain OGSP, CIDB Green Card, and other relevant certifications.
- Familiar with Petronas Technical Standards (PTS) and Malaysian codes of practice is an added advantage.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
