Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin / Storekeeper (E-Commerce) to support daily operations of our online business. The role involves managing orders, inventory, and coordination with logistics to ensure smooth fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process daily e-commerce orders (TikTok Shop / online platforms)
- Prepare packing, labeling, and arrange parcel shipments
- Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately
- Perform stock receiving, checking, and organizing warehouse items
- Handle basic admin tasks (data entry, reports, order tracking)
- Coordinate with courier services regarding delivery issues
- Ensure workspace and storage area is clean and organized
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / computer skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Added Advantage (Bonus):
- Experience or knowledge in e-commerce platforms (e.g. TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada) will be an advantage during interview
