Design logos, product packaging, in-store visuals, promotional materials, and other creative assets in line with the Company’s branding and marketing objectives.
Ensure all designs are aligned with the Company’s brand standards, image, and visual identity across all platforms and subsidiaries.
Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to conceptualize, create, and design marketing materials including banners, flyers, brochures, buntings, posters, digital advertisements, and social media content.
Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to develop creative concepts and contribute innovative ideas for advertising strategies, promotional campaigns, and social media initiatives.
Support all subsidiaries and departments with design-related requirements, including signage, labels, packaging, print media, and internal communication materials.
Design and prepare corporate materials such as business cards, letterheads, presentation slides, and other branding collaterals.
Create and develop 3D designs, mock-ups, product visualizations, and presentation renderings for marketing, branding, promotional, or operational purposes when required.
Operate and utilize relevant design software, including graphic design, video editing, AI-assisted tools to enhance work quality and productivity.
Oversee junior designers and ensure all creative work meets the required standards of quality, accuracy, creativity, and timely completion.
Provide creative direction and guidance to maintain a high standard of aesthetics and professionalism in all design outputs.
Maintain proper organization, archiving, and backup of all design files, artwork, and project materials.
Stay updated with current design trends, market preferences, digital tools, and industry developments to improve brand visibility and creative effectiveness.
Review, proofread, and verify all artwork and design materials before printing, publishing, or distribution to minimize errors and ensure quality standards are met.
Liaise and coordinate with printing vendors, suppliers, or external agencies to ensure quality production and accurate output of printed materials and promotional items.
Continuously improve technical, creative, and conceptual design skills to contribute to higher quality outputs and innovative ideas.
Demonstrate passion, creativity, and initiative in all assigned tasks, and not merely perform duties as a routine obligation.
Refine and review all work thoroughly, including utilizing AI tools or other available resources for analysis, enhancement, and quality checking before final submission.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met in a fast-paced working environment.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time
