Job Description
- Repair and troubleshoot laptops and IT equipment at client locations.
- Provide on-site support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and support Windows OS and other user applications.
- Perform project roll-outs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
Requirements
- Must have own transport and be flexible for travel.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Willing to do OT)
- Working Days: 5 days a week (Shift)
- Start Date: Immediate

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
