Job Descriptions:-
- Follow the standard of procedure when preparing food and drink.
- Ensure the cleanliness of all outlet.
- Responsible for monitoring stock balance, product freshness, and date validity.
- Properly handle, clean, and maintain all machines and equipment in good working condition.
- Serve customer politely, professionally, and with respect at all times.
- Handle customer inquiries, orders, feedback, and complaints courteously and efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Accurately perform all cashier transactions and may be required to handle daily bank-in in accordance with company procedures.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor / manager.
Requirements:-
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Responsible, punctual, and a good team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh and relevant experience in retail, food and beverage restaurant will be preferred.
