Job description
- Maintain and update accurate inventory records in the system.
- Record all stock movements, including inter-showroom transfers, in real time.
- Verify incoming goods and repairs against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality before system entry.
- Perform costing and pricing calculations with a high level of accuracy.
- Coordinate with factory, showroom, and production teams to ensure smooth stock flow and timely deliveries.
- Manage stock transfers and ensure proper documentation in the system.
- Prepare and submit relevant documents (invoices, delivery orders, stock reports) for verification and record-keeping.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Strong numerical and mathematical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
