Working Place: KKIP, Sepanggar
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry, particularly maintaining and updating the employee database (e.g., new recruits data, leave management, staff movement).
- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure timely submission to management.
- Generate payroll reports and other HR-related reports, adhering to submission timelines.
- Assist in organize training, events and employee engagement programs.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of HR records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and regulations enforced by government authorities.
- Other HR related tasks as assigned by superiors as and when required.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- SPM, STPM, or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of working experience in a similar role.
- Familiar with Sabah Labour Ordinance, Employment Act and other statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
- Detail-oriented, attentive, and focused
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
