About the Role:

We are not looking for "order takers." We are looking for a Business Builder . At Jobskipedia, we are transitioning from a traditional job board to a results-driven Job Matching Portal . Your mission is to help Singaporean employers solve their hiring headaches using our technology. This is a role for a "hunter" who finds a way to get to "Yes" when a client says "No."

Core Expectations (The Drive & Ownership):

  • Zero-Excuse Mentality: You don't just report that a client is "not interested." You analyze why, pivot your strategy, and present an alternative solution (e.g., shifting from a job post to a success-based matching model).
  • Entrepreneurial Preparation: Successful weeks are built on Sunday nights. You are expected to take ownership of your pipeline, meaning you do your "homework" (prospecting, research, and strategy) so you hit the ground running every Monday morning.
  • Problem-Solving Resourcefulness: When doors close, you look for windows. Whether it’s navigating past gatekeepers or finding creative ways to reach a decision-maker, you treat obstacles as puzzles to be solved.

Key Responsibilities (The KPIs):

Revenue Acquisition: Hit monthly and quarterly sales targets through new business development.

Conversion Excellence: Maintain a high lead-to-close ratio by consultative selling.

Active Matching Utilization: Ensure clients aren't just "posting," but are actively using the matching features to find talent.

Market Intelligence: Bring back "intelligence," not just "problems." If a client declines, you provide data on what competitors are doing so we can out-maneuver them.

Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads that convert into paying customers.

Customer Retention /Loyalty: Rate at which clients are retained over time.

Average Deal Size: The average revenue generated per closed deal.

Sales Cycle Length: The average time it takes to close a sale from initial contact to closing.

Client Satisfaction: Measured through feedback or customer satisfaction scores.
