Job Description

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Lead and oversee all phases of ELV project execution from initiation to completion
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project objectives are achieved

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor project teams, including engineers, supervisors, and technicians
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure team effectiveness
• Conduct performance evaluations and support team development

Technical Oversight

• Review and approve technical designs, drawings, and specifications
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of ELV systems
• Resolve technical challenges and provide effective solutions

Financial Management

• Monitor project budgets and implement cost control measures
• Approve expenditures, progress claims, and variation orders
• Provide financial reports and updates to senior management

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, codes, and industry standards
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures
• Promote a strong safety culture across project teams

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders
• Provide regular project updates and address issues promptly
• Ensure alignment between client expectations and project delivery

Requirements

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field. PMP certification or equivalent will be an advantage
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in ELV project management. Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects
• Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools. In-depth knowledge of M&E systems, standards, and regulations
