We are seeking a customer-oriented Operations & Client Service Executive to support daily operational and client servicing activities within our team.
Your role
- Handle client enquiries professionally via phone, email, and messaging platforms
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales/advisory team
- Liaise with clients and internal department on servicing matters
- Ensure accurate record keeping and timely follow-up of outstanding matters
- Support event preparation
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Business Administration or related fields.
- Able to work independently and manage timelines effectively
- Prior experience in financial services or customer service will be an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication skills (written & spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
