Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Maintain continuous oversight of data center systems through regular patrols, inspections, and real-time monitoring to ensure optimal performance and safety.

• Coordinate daily maintenance activities and escalate urgent issues to manufacturers or specialized teams for prompt resolution.

*

• Perform routine assessments of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems and other critical infrastructure to verify operational efficiency.

*

• Document daily system conditions, noting any irregularities or anomalies, and communicate findings effectively.

*

• Oversee external vendors, including OEMs and subcontractors, ensuring their work aligns with safety standards, contractual commitments, and quality expectations.

*

• Manage scheduled and unscheduled vendor tasks, ensuring thorough documentation and completion of all work activities.

*

• Respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, or emergency situations, initiating appropriate escalation procedures as outlined in established protocols.

*

• Provide support during emergencies or incidents, including standby coverage and additional shifts when necessary.

*

• Ensure seamless shift transitions through proper handovers, maintaining operational continuity.

*

• Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs) during all tasks.

*

• Operate within the framework of site policies, safety regulations, and operational governance to uphold a secure working environment.
