Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain QA/QC documentation (ITPs, checklists, NCRs, registers)
- Manage document control (versioning, traceability, distribution)
- Conduct internal audits, track NCRs, and ensure closure of corrective actions
- Perform root cause analysis for non-conformance issues
- Monitor project quality performance (ITP compliance, testing results, dashboards)
- Prepare reports for monthly quality review meetings
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and auditors on quality matters
- Support training and competency development for project teams
- Drive continuous improvement and lessons-learned initiatives
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with standards
Requirements
- Degree in Civil / Geotechnical / related Engineering
- 1–5 years of experience in QA/QC (construction / geotechnical / oil & gas)
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Plaxis (2D/3D)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working on-site and outdoors
- WSH certification preferred
- VBA / Python knowledge is an advantage
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
Working Location: Jurong
