Job Summary

You will maintain safety and order by patrolling premises, monitoring surveillance, responding to alarms, and reporting incidents to protect company assets and personnel.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a visible security presence
• Monitor surveillance cameras periodically to detect disruptions or unlawful activities
• Respond promptly to alarms by investigating and assessing situations to ensure safety
• Submit clear and accurate incident reports documenting important activities or occurrences
• Secure premises and personnel by controlling access points and patrolling all property levels
• Identify and report irregularities to prevent losses and damage to company property
• Inform individuals of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain company stability and reputation
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor to support security operations
• Work schedule includes 12-hour rotating shifts, including public holidays: 4 days on and 3 days off

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid security (PLRD) License or equivalent security service experience
• Completion of 2 WSQ Basic Licensing Units and Recognize Terrorist Threats course
• Physically fit to perform security patrols and respond to incidents
• Basic English proficiency to communicate effectively during duties

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month
