Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support our growing Legal and Compliance functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operations across global jurisdictions by supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance in contract lifecycle management and regulatory maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and redlining commercial agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards
• Maintain and update the firm’s standard contract templates and "gold-standard" clauses to support consistent contract quality
• Manage the full contract lifecycle from drafting through digital archiving to ensure efficient contract processing
• Conduct legal research on corporate governance, commercial laws, and global data privacy regulations to support compliance efforts
• Prepare and submit regulatory filings and track international licensing obligations and renewal deadlines to maintain continuous compliance
• Support drafting, version control, and maintenance of internal compliance policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold regulatory standards
• Provide daily administrative support to the Head of Legal & Compliance, including document management and workflow optimization to enhance operational efficiency

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Substantial experience (typically 2–4 years) as a paralegal or legal assistant within a corporate legal department or law firm
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or recognised Paralegal Certification
• Familiarity with corporate law, commercial contracts, and data privacy regulations
• Proficiency in Contract Management Software (CLM) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
