About the job
Administrators are crucial to effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the company. You will be responsible for supporting the company in a variety of ways including, but not limited to, bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry and secretarial services.
If you have a love of organising, enjoy putting everything in place, and interacting with kids, you might be a perfect fit at GymKraft. You will be the ‘face’ of the company and be responsible for the first impression we make. You will undertake all receptionist, clerical, administrative and operation duties at the desk of our main entrance.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality, while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Requirements

Able to work on odd hours and weekends, e.g. 2pm-10pm on weekdays and full shift on weekends

Ability to work well with a diverse group of children, parents and adults

Customer service oriented

Experienced in clerical, MS Office and administrative skills

Excel in communication and interpersonal skills
-
Possess organisational, planning and leadership skills

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision

Some knowledge and experience in Operations, Human Resource, Sales and Finance is desirable
