Solution Architect / Technical Manager

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Manager to lead the delivery, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications and technology solutions.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, developers, and vendors to design practical and scalable solutions that align with business and operational needs.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong technical delivery experience, solution design capabilities, and the ability to manage projects and stakeholders across both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and system implementation for enterprise applications
• Translate business requirements into practical and scalable technical solutions
• Work closely with business users, developers, infrastructure teams, and vendors throughout project delivery
• Support application enhancements, system integration, testing, deployment, and operational support
• Review technical designs and ensure alignment with security and architecture standards
• Manage technical risks, issues, timelines, and dependencies across projects
• Provide guidance to technical teams and support issue resolution during implementation
• Prepare and maintain technical and project documentation
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend improvements where appropriate
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across applications and platforms

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines
• Around 8–12 years of experience in application development, systems implementation, or IT project delivery
• Experience in solution design, enterprise applications, and system integration projects
• Good understanding of web applications, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise technologies
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or modern software delivery practices
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects and work independently
• Experience with Microsoft technologies, .NET, SQL Server, Outsystems, or enterprise platforms will be an advantage
• Exposure to architecture frameworks or cloud certifications will be a plus
