• Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections according to inspection procedures and control plans.
• Conduct dimensional measurements using the following measuring equipment:
• Nikon Measuring Scope
• Keyence 3D Measurement System
• Keyence SmartScope
• Mitutoyo CNC Vision Measuring System
• Digital Indicator
• Perform product visual inspections using a low-power microscope.
• Verify that products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Record inspection results accurately in inspection reports, check sheets, or quality systems.
• Identify and segregate non-conforming products and report issues to the supervisor or QA Engineer.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and company quality procedures.
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability of inspection records.
• Ensure measuring equipment is properly calibrated and handled.
• Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues and improve processes.
• Follow safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment, wearing a jumpsuit
• Factory location: Tuas South Street 5, Tuas.

Qualifications, Essential Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:

• Education: Minimum A Level or ITE
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in quality inspection in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Basic understanding of quality control methods and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
