About the Roles

Join an Energy Solutions Provider as a Regional Energy Manager/ Senior Engineer based in Central, supporting regional initiatives focused on energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems. This permanent position offers a 5-day Monday to Friday work week, flexible working hours, and a basic salary with performance bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead client discussions to understand existing cooling system configurations and energy efficiency objectives.
• Provide technical guidance on energy efficiency to internal teams, clients, and prospective clients.
• Analyse commercial and industrial cooling systems to assess current efficiency and identify improvement areas.
• Develop high-level, cost-effective design proposals and improvement plans for business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with external engineering partners to support project-specific requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEM equipment suppliers across the region.
• Manage assigned projects to ensure effective coordination and successful delivery.
• Mentor and train junior team members to support capability development and performance improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Strong expertise in energy efficiency for commercial and industrial cooling systems.
• Excellent commercial and business insights.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
