We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Project Finance Executive to support the company’s project finance and accounting operations within the events and exhibitions industry.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organised, and able to work closely with operations and project teams to ensure proper project costing, billing, and financial tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle project costing, budgeting, and financial tracking
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and purchase orders
• Monitor project expenses and profitability
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions
• Assist with monthly financial closing and reconciliations
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
• Coordinate with project and operations teams on finance-related matters
• Assist with GST submission, audit matters, and financial reporting
• Support general finance and administrative duties

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Prior experience in finance, accounting, or project costing preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Able to travel to Loyang for work
• Experience in events, construction, logistics, or project-based industries is an advantage
