1. On Ground Event Support & Execution

- Execute frozen food events, roadshows, sampling activities and store promotions,

- Support POSM delivery or replenishment for event

Pre Event

- POSM & premium stock checking, packing, delivery arragement to distributor/MT outlet

- Event site visit for event preparation

During Event

- On-site setup together with distributor. Solve any issue during setup

Post Event

- POSM return & inspection

- Report any missing or damaged tools for repair or replacement

2. MT Outlet Display Improvement

- For Jaya Grocer & Village Grocer. Negotiate with outlet buyer to adjust gyoza placement in planogram, aim to secure eye-level shelf positioning to improve visibility and sales

- Regular store checks to maintain product facing, price tags, shelf talker, wobbler, shelf cleanliness & other POP

- Record product expiry dates and ensure stock rotation according to FIFO practices

3. MT OOS Support

- To check MT OOS status

- To propose order to MT outlet buyer if OOS/low stock

- Report expired or damaged stock to executive

4. MT Store Engagement

- Develop rapport with store managers and supervisors to ensure cooperation and space allocation for displays

- Report to sales & marketing on MT buyer feedback, suggestion & complaint

5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

- Daily Input - customer visit/business proposal/sales opportunity/follow up progress/feedback/market information/complain/upload photo

6. Sales Event Support

- To support FS workshop, mini roadshow, exhibitions & any company event

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Preferably with 1–2 years of working experience in sales, merchandising, event support, or related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, Event Support, or equivalent.
• Able to work during weekends, public holidays, and event periods when required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• One (1) Non-Executive position available.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
