Job Summary
The Supervisor / Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily café operations, leading the store team, ensuring excellent customer experience, maintaining beverage and service quality standards, and achieving business performance targets. This role ensures smooth operational execution while developing team members and maintaining company standards across all areas of the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesStore Operations
- Oversee daily café operations and ensure smooth workflow during all shifts.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
- Monitor opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
- Ensure proper maintenance and handling of equipment and facilities.
- Handle operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, motivate, and supervise baristas and service crew.
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, grooming, and discipline.
- Conduct onboarding, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Develop team members for career growth and operational consistency.
- Foster a positive and productive working environment.
Customer Experience
- Deliver and maintain excellent hospitality and service standards.
- Ensure consistent beverage and food quality.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
- Build customer relationships and promote brand experience.
Sales & Business Performance
- Achieve monthly sales and operational targets.
- Monitor store productivity, labor cost, and operational efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support implementation of promotions, campaigns, and new product launches.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Manage stock ordering, receiving, inventory control, and stock counts.
- Monitor wastage and maintain proper product rotation and storage.
- Ensure inventory accuracy and cost control.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor KPI performance and operational standards.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, maintenance, and other departments when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in café or F&B operations.
- Leadership or management experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good operational, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Passionate about hospitality, coffee, and team development.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
