Store Manager

We’re looking for a passionate, strategic, and hands-on Store Manager to join our team and shape the future of our people development initiatives.

Position Overview:

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient performance across assigned outlets. This role includes managing staff schedules, monitoring cash handling, maintaining stock levels, and safeguarding company assets. The supervisor also ensures all products are served to standard and fosters a positive, high-quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations on the respective in charged outlets

· Ensure store adhere to compliance, procedure, and policies

· Assist to arrange the weekly schedule

· Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly

· Manage in ordering stocks if necessary

· Responsible to ensure the company assets are properly managed

· Ensure every drink serves to customers with passion and follow the standard SOP to maintain the quality

· Create and participate in social media content during working hours, ensuring at least one (1) post is published on store during working days

· Performs any ad-hoc tasks/responsibilities by the superior

Requirements:

Minimum 2 year and above working experience as a store supervisor/manager especially in F&B industry or any related field.

Willing to work on rotational shifts especially on weekends & public holidays

Excellent communication skills to communicate across all levels and customers

Possess own transportation
