Business Development Executive

Salary: RM4,000 – RM10,000

Position:Type: Full-time (Permanent)

Location: Ativo Plaza, Bandar Sri Damansara

Work Model: Hybrid (10am – 6pm)

As a Business Development Executive at TESS, you will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. You will play a key role in expanding our ecosystem by pitching solutions, developing partnerships, and supporting revenue growth strategies.

You’ll work closely with internal teams to align client needs with our digital solutions, ensuring smooth execution from first contact to project delivery. This role suits someone who is proactive, confident in communication, and motivated by growth and targets.

Who We’re Looking For | Qualifications & Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus (not mandatory)

2–3 years experience in business development, sales, or client management preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Confident in pitching and client-facing discussions
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Organised and able to manage leads, pipelines, and follow-ups
  • Experience with CRM tools or sales tracking is a plus
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome

What You’ll Be Doing | Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Pitch company services and solutions to potential clients
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and business pitches
  • Support deal closing and partnership agreements
  • Manage leads, pipelines, and follow-up processes
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver client requirements
  • Research market trends and competitor activities
  • Contribute to revenue growth strategies
