Job summary:
Help Bank customers to financially plan for their future through wealth protection, accumulation and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible to sell and marketing Bancassurance products at Partner Bank's branches (nation-wide)
- Perform prospecting, cold calling, qualifying customers, setting appointments and provide financial advisory service to customer
- Work with branch colleague to convert leads referral into sales closure.
- To build relationships with bank customers and strengthen rapport for subsequent up-selling
- Engage in sales and marketing event at the bank to acquire new customer.
- Provide follow up on the policy servicing services to customer, i.e. payment mode, change in plans, trustee appointment, top-ups.
Requirements:
- Candidate with 1 year or above relevant experiences is added advantage.
- Anyone with working experienced are welcome. Coaching and buddy support system are well established for freshy
- Candidate possess at least Diploma/Degree or,
- SPM holders must obtain 5 passes (inclusive BM)
- An outgoing personality and able to engage conversation with all level of people
- Good communication in Mandarin and English will have added advantages due to business needs
- Individual who likes challenge yourself, resourceful, results driven and aspire to achieve high variable income
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

Work Location: In person
