Business Analyst

Role Summary

Bridges business, Shariah, and technical teams by translating requirements into structured documentation and user stories.

Key Responsibilities

* Gather and analyse requirements from business, regulators, and partners.

* Document AS-IS and TO-BE processes for B2C, B2B, wallet, and HoW.

* Produce BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

* Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage.

Requirements

* 3-5 years as BA in digital / financial / government projects.

* Strong process-mapping and documentation skills.

* Comfortable working with both business and technical stakeholders.

Pay: RM2,918.19 - RM10,837.27 per month
