About to role:-
We are looking to hire a jovial and energetic Software Support Specialist which in charge to support all client’s inquiries referring to HR software related matters. The respective employees are accountable for being proactive and alert to maintain and support our company’s production progress.
Main Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, handling support request and system-related questions over the phone and by email.
- Resolve client’s technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform accurate and appropriate system configuration for software issues.
- Remotely connected to customer workstations or servers to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Accountable for meeting individual KPIs and team goals and following procedures.
- Perform data migration works and conduct product training to end user, when necessary.
- Involve in ad-hoc project and pre-implementation discussions.
Main Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree with relevant qualifications equivalent to the field required.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop Support is preferred.
- Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills is an added advantage.
- A team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, independent and able to work under pressure.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Q Sentral.

Pay: RM2,900.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
