Job Description (JD)

• Assist the EHS Manager in implementing the project EHS management system in compliance with Malaysian regulations and standards.
• Manage site safety activities including induction training, inspections, risk assessments, and accident prevention.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with DOSH, CIDB, FMA, and other Malaysian EHS requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, PMC, auditors, and government authorities during inspections and audits.
• Maintain EHS records, compliance documents, and reporting.
• Organize safety awareness programs, toolbox talks, and safety training activities.
• Investigate hazards, near misses, and minor incidents and implement preventive actions.
• Assist in accident reporting and compliance documentation.
• Review EHS documents and supervise subcontractor/local EHS personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, M&E Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of EHS experience in construction or M&E projects.
• Familiar with Malaysian EHS regulations, construction safety standards, and risk control systems.
• Able to prepare RA, PTW, HIRA, and Incident Reports.
• Must possess Malaysian Green Book certification.
• NEBOSH or OSHA certification is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural project environment.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
