Job Description (JD)

• Implement and monitor EHS policies and procedures at the project site.
• Conduct EHS induction programs and safety training for workers and staff.
• Collect, update, and maintain EHS records, reports, and documentation.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Assist in Job Safety Observation (JSO) and risk assessment activities.
• Maintain EHS documents for audits, inspections, and compliance purposes.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian DOSH regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor contractor and subcontractor safety performance.
• Coordinate EHS communication between project stakeholders.
• Manage site office safety arrangements and first aid room facilities.
• Prepare EHS notices, memos, and duty rosters.
• Support internal and external EHS audits and inspections.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Registered Malaysian DOSH OSH Coordinator qualification is required.
• 1–3 years of EHS experience in construction projects.
• First Aid, CPR, and AED certification is an advantage.
• Familiar with Malaysian construction safety regulations and standards.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with EHS systems and reporting tools is preferred.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
