We're Hiring: Human Resource Assistant
Job Responsibilities (training provided):
1. Assist in the hiring process (posting jobs, schedule interviews, document collection)
2. Cross-check staff attendance records
3. Prepare staff cost reports monthly
4. Communicate with HR team & management
5. Update Staff working schedule
6. Cross Check Invoice and prepare payment list for staff and Part-timer
Requirements:
1. Fresh grads are welcome (training provided)
2. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Words)
3. Able to read and write in English & Mandarin (Spoken)
4. Organise and responsible personality
Location: Setia Triangle Suite, Bayan Lepas
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5days work) - Flexible Working Hour
Salary: RM2,200 - RM2,800
