Vacancy: M&E Coordinator

Project Location: Pagoh

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works on site in accordance with project requirements, approved drawings, and specifications.
• Monitor site progress, installation quality, and workmanship to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with project timeline.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to avoid clashes and resolve site coordination issues.
• Ensure all M&E works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with required standards.
• Attend site meetings, inspections, testing, and commissioning activities as required.
• Ensure successful testing, commissioning, and operation of M&E systems prior to project handover.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and related project documentation.
• Assist Project Manager in overall site coordination and project execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in construction or site environment.
• Experience in coordinating M&E installation and site activities.
• Able to interpret technical drawings and construction plans.
• Able to work independently and under tight project deadlines.
• Willing to be based at site in Pagoh, Johor.
