Dear Candidates,

Please be informed that this position is temporary for 6 months only.

1. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain technical reports, progress reports, and work schedules.
• Compile and update project documentation (drawings, method statements, inspection forms, permits).
• Ensure proper filing and record-keeping (hardcopy and digital).
• Track submission deadlines and ensure timely documentation to clients/consultants.

2. Compliance & Process Control

• Ensure documentation complies with internal SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in preparing documents for audits or inspections.
• Monitor validity of licenses, permits, insurance, and certifications.

3. Support meeting coordination, including minutes preparation and follow-ups.

4. Perform other administrative duties as assigned by Management.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
