岗位职责

Responsibilities:

      • Provide technical support for IT products, such as but not limited to, computer hardware and software, network equipment, Windows operating systems and applications, network protocols and services, mobile devices, cloud-based applications
      • Understand customer’s requirements and ensure that technical issues are attended and resolved professionally & promptly.
      • Prepare documentation and reports
      • Build and maintain good relationship with customers and vendors

Requirements:

Academic Qualification, Skills & Work Experience

      • Possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
      • Those with working experience in similar fields will have an added advantage.
      • Have hands-on experience in supporting Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office, IT infrastructure and security systems, server administration, etc.
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues

Other Requirements

      • Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders of all levels.
      • Applicants must possess good command of written and spoken English. Ability to communicate in other languages is an added advantage.
      • Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
      • Proactive and willing to share technical knowledge with team members.
      • Possess own transport & willing to travel as & when required.
      • Willing to be based in Kuching, Sarawak at own cost.
      • Are Malaysian, preferably Sarawakian.
