Responsible for receiving/outgoing activities and store operations as well as ensuring proper housekeeping and integrity of stock inventory
To update, key in and keep track of stock inventory to ensure there are no discrepancies or losses
Send email correspondence
Maintain records of all activities and processes pertaining to the Store
Assist in inspects all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, missing items or surplus of goods and materials stored in the warehouse
Accept deliveries of company products and store them accordingly
To monitor stock movement and replenish stocks item as and when required
To ensure that storage areas arrangement and maintenance are carefully planned and initiated to meet space management needs
Reports to Distribution Executive or Management to alert them of any issues with shipping or receiving
To maintain and practice good housekeeping and to ensure a clean and safe working environment in the store to prevent damages or loss
To implement store procedures control system to ensure smooth flow of materials.
To ensure the ISO/CE standard procedures are complying accordingly
Continuous improvement on warehouse/store operation effectiveness and efficiency.
Perform any other ad-hoc/clerical duties from time to time
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification with minimum 2years relevant working experience in related field
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and ability to prioritize tasks given
Dynamic personality and able to liaise with people at all level
Detail-oriented and multi-taking as necessary
Must be computer literacy, e.g. MS Excel, Word
Familiarity on MYOB system would be an added advantage
A good command of spoken and written in English
