- Oversee and coordinate daily operations across all departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Act as central point of contact between departments (Ops, HR, Finance, Outlet, etc.)
- Monitor and follow up on task completion, deadlines, and inter-department issues
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvement solutions
- Develop, standardise, and maintain SOPs, policies, and internal guidelines
- Ensure all departments comply with proper documentation practices
- Oversee proper filing system (physical & digital) for audit and reference
- Review and improve forms, reports, and operational documents
- Ensure version control and proper approval flow for all documents
- Analyse existing workflows and recommend improvements for efficiency
- Implement systems to streamline operations (e.g. tracking, reporting templates)
- Reduce duplication, errors, and manual inefficiencies
- Support digitalisation and automation initiatives where applicable
- Oversee general administration functions (office management, supplies, utilities, vendors)
- Manage admin team (if applicable) and ensure task efficiency
- Control admin-related costs and budgeting
- Ensure proper maintenance of company records and assets
- Ensure company practices comply with internal policies and relevant regulations
- Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive documents
- Prepare reports or documents for management review
- Prepare periodic operational and administrative reports
- Assist Management in decision-making through data and documentation
- Track KPIs related to operational efficiency and admin performance
- Support internal audits and improvement initiatives
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across departments
- Standardise communication formats (memos, notices, reports)
- Support implementation of company directives and new policies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
