Job Description

• Evaluate existing process and perform continuous improvement process
• To execute daily machine checklist and preventive maintenance
• Carry out wet scrubber performance monitoring
• To conduct regularly maintenance schedule
• Establish safety procedures and work instruction for employees
• Perform troubleshooting and analyzing while abnormality be encountered
• Responsible for handling duty as competent person for CePSO and CePBFO.
• To execute safety & health and environment policy
• Operate and maintain high-capacity steam boilers in accordance with Boilerman Grade 1 standards.
• Monitor and control boiler systems including pressure, temperature, and water levels.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements related to boiler operations.
• Perform engineering analysis to reduce downtime & improve effectiveness of operation
• Implement cost reduction initiatives for enhance competitiveness company
• Implement efficient manpower and update worker’s capability in jobs
• Provide support and ensure production & quality issues are resolved
• Experience in process design basis, philosophies, specification and sizing of equipment and related component
• Preparation of technical proposal including equipment specification, costing and drawing
• Ability to work with all level of people and adapt to any kind of working environment
• To support and contribute to the implementation of ISO14001 and ISO 45001 requirements
• To carry out other duties assigned by immediate Superior and the management from time to time

Required Qualifications / Experience

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
