Warehouse Administration & Documentation

• Maintain accurate warehouse records including goods received, issued, and returned
• Prepare and verify delivery orders (DO), goods received notes (GRN), and inventory reports
• Ensure all warehouse documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready
• File and maintain records according to GMP, FIFO, and traceability requirements

Inventory Control

• Update inventory records for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
• Monitor stock movement and assist with cycle counts and stock takes
• Highlight discrepancies, slow-moving stock, or expired items to the Warehouse / Operations Manager
• Support FIFO / FEFO implementation

GMP, Hygiene & Compliance

• Ensure warehouse practices comply with GMP, food safety, and hygiene standards
• Assist in maintaining pest control records, temperature logs, and cleanliness records
• Support internal audits, external audits, and regulatory inspections
• Follow SOPs related to storage, handling, and segregation of goods

Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and QA teams
• Support incoming and outgoing deliveries scheduling
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor with daily administrative tasks and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
