Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting field
• Meticulous & analytical skills required
• Salary will be according to personal working experience
• Proactive and positive attitude and must be able to meet deadline
• Candidate who have experience in Live (Online) accounts will added priority for shortlisted
• Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office, SQL, would be an advantage, Read/Speak in THREE LANGUAGE IN MALAYSIA

Responsibility

• Handle Full Set Account, Account Receivables & Payables. Managing all aspects of a company's financial records, including recording, processing, and reporting financial transactions
• Prepare Quotation and Invoice for Client
• Check Receive Payment from Client/Customer
• Manage Payroll and any Related to Human Resources Duties
• Prepare Report for E-Commerce Sales and Commission
• Manage Petty Cash
• Prepare Payment Voucher and Process Payment
• Handle Full set of Tax Related (e.g: SST)
• Ensure proper maintenance of document and filing to support all accounting entries
• Independent in finalization of monthly management accounts for review, analysis and evaluation.
• Liaise with Auditor, Tax Agent on matter relating to auditor Tax and Statutory requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month
