Job Title: AI Delivery Lead
Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
Duration: 12 Months Renewable contract
Experience: 8+ Years
The role will oversee the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for AI solutions, from use-case shaping and business requirement definition through testing, deployment, and performance optimization. It will ensure that solutions align with Group standards for AI, architecture, governance, and Responsible AI, while also meeting local Health business and regulatory needs
Mandatory skills*
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Data, AI, Analytics, Health Management, or a related field.
Proven experience delivering complex data, analytics, or AI solutions from design through deployment.
Experience in fraud, claims abuse management, investigation operations, payment integrity, or Health risk analytics strongly preferred.
Strong experience working with senior Health, business, and technology stakeholders.
Ability to translate fraud and investigation needs into practical delivery requirements and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
Good understanding of AI and analytics delivery, data pipelines, APIs, workflow integration, and operational tooling.
Experience coordinating UAT, pilot rollout, performance monitoring, and post-launch stabilization.
Strong planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and governance support capabilities.
Strong cross-functional and cross-geography collaboration skills.

What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a AI Delivery Leads within each domain in life insurance to drive the implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions. We are intending to use AI in the area of:
Underwriting : The AI Lead will act as a trusted partner to leaders across Technology, Data, and Group Operations, enabling practical AI deployments across new business underwriting, underwriting triage, document review, case assessment, risk classification, and underwriter support.
Servicing :The AI Lead will act as a trusted partner to leaders across Technology, Data, and Group Operations, enabling practical AI use across customer servicing, policy servicing, contact centre support, case handling, document completeness checks, knowledge assistance, and digital servicing journeys.
Health Program :This role focuses on translating Health business priorities into deployable AI solutions that improve care navigation, streamline case support, and enhance the quality and consistency of customer and operational interactions within Health.
Health Fraud, Waste, and Abuse: The successful candidate will act as a key partner to Health stakeholders, helping embed AI into fraud detection, anomaly identification, suspicious claims pattern recognition, case triage, investigation prioritization, and investigator support.

What You Will Generally Be Doing
1. Use Case Shaping & Delivery Planning
Translate business priorities into clear AI delivery requirements, implementation plans, and release roadmaps.
Partner with business, data, and technology stakeholders to define the scope, objectives, and success criteria for priority use cases.
Support prioritization of AI use cases based on business impact, feasibility, data readiness, and operational value.
Develop delivery plans that account for model development, system integration, governance approvals and business readiness.
Ensure use cases are designed for scalability and reusability across markets where appropriate.
2. Business-to-Technology Coordination
Serve as the key coordination point across business teams, AI teams, engineering, data teams, and platform owners.
Translate business needs into implementable AI, workflow, and system requirements.
Coordinate data and integration requirements needed to enable use cases, including structured and unstructured data inputs.
Manage key dependencies across case management systems, data pipelines, alerting platforms, and supporting tools.
Support LBU engagement to gather market-specific requirements and ensure local applicability of Group led solutions.
3. Testing, Deployment & Business Embedding
Coordinate UAT and business validation activities for AI solutions, ensuring outputs are practical and fit for business workflows.
Ensure testing covers real-world fraud patterns, edge cases, false positive handling, investigator usability, and escalation logic.
Validate deployment readiness, performance expectations, and integration stability with technical teams.
Support rollout planning across markets, including pilot execution, adoption support, and stabilization.
Ensure solutions are embedded with appropriate user guidance, support processes, and feedback mechanisms.
4. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Define and monitor KPIs such as detection quality, false positive rates, alert usefulness, investigation efficiency, and user adoption.
Gather feedback from investigators, business teams, and LBUs to refine models, workflows, and prioritization logic.
Support tuning and enhancement of FWA AI solutions to improve effectiveness and reduce unnecessary operational burden.
Track business outcomes and maintain a backlog of enhancements based on emerging fraud risks and business needs.
5. Stakeholder Management & Governance
Engage senior stakeholders across Health, Technology, Data, and AI teams to drive alignment and execution.
Support governance discussions, steering updates, and decision-making materials for program leadership.
Ensure AI solutions are delivered in line with AI governance, model risk, compliance, and audit expectations.

Relevant Experience*
8+ years' experience in analytics delivery, AI implementation, fraud / risk transformation, or Health technology delivery.
