Requirements:

1. Knowledge of production processes, GMP, quality control standards, and production efficiency monitoring.

2. Familiar with workplace safety practices, hazard control, and risk management.

3. Experience in production planning, manpower arrangement, and shift rostering.

4. Able to analyze production data, material usage, and operational performance accurately.

5. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

6. Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and on the production floor.

7. Familiarity with ERP systems and production reporting is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Efficiency Monitoring

1. Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve output, quality, and efficiency targets.

2. Prepare production schedules, allocate manpower, and manage shift rostering based on operational requirements.

3. Monitor productivity rates, material usage, and wastage, and identify areas for improvement.

4. Analyse production performance data and report operational issues or inefficiencies.

Quality Control & Compliance

1. Ensure production processes comply with SOPs, GMP, and quality management requirements.

2. Monitor operator compliance with quality control procedures and enforce corrective actions when necessary.

3. Identify and escalate quality deviations for timely resolution.

Raw Material & Inventory Control

1. Supervise raw material usage and ensure stock accuracy with proper recording.

2. Monitor material balance, minimise wastage, and ensure FIFO compliance.

3. Report abnormal material loss, obsolete stock, or excess inventory for further action.

Workforce Supervision

1. Supervise and guide production operators to ensure work is carried out according to established procedures.

2. Conduct team briefings and communicate production targets, priorities, and operational issues.

3. Support operator performance improvement through coaching and on-job guidance.

Safety, Housekeeping & Reporting

1. Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and hazard control measures.

2. Maintain production floor cleanliness and housekeeping standards in line with GMP requirements.

3. Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation for operational review and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
