Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage incidents, ensuring timely resolution or appropriate escalation
• Perform minor code fixes and system configuration updates
• Execute SQL queries for troubleshooting, data validation, and issue analysis
• Support monthly OS patching activities, including validation and post-patch testing
• Collaborate closely with Service Desk teams and external vendors for incident escalation and resolution

Skills & Experience

• Basic programming knowledge (e.g., Java, .NET, or similar)
• Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries
• Familiarity with ITIL frameworks, particularly Incident Management
• Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on-call standby

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
