Company's Name: MQH Resources Sdn Bhd (Manufacturing & Selling Fertilizer for Plants)
Location: Inanam, Sabah
Working Hours: Monday - Saturday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Host live sessions (e.g., TikTok Live, Facebook Live) to promote products and engage with the audience.
• Create high-quality content (videos, photos, graphics, and written posts).
• Plan and execute content for social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, TikTok).
• Develop creative campaigns to promote products and seasonal agricultural activities.
• Visit farms, nurseries, or plantations to capture real-life content and product applications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align content with business goals.
• Stay updated on agriculture trends, plant care techniques, and digital content trends.
• Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community interaction.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Agriculture, Mass Communication, or related field.
• Creative thinking with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Executive, or similar role.
• Interest or background in agriculture, horticulture, or farming is highly preferred.
• Strong skills in video editing, photography, and basic graphic design.
• Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
• Willing to travel frequently to rural and farming areas.
• Pleasant personality, talkative, and friendly when interacting on and off camera.
• Confident and presentable (berpewatakan menarik).
• Comfortable and confident in hosting live sessions.
• Able and willing to travel as required
