• Assist Product Engineers to achieve yield targets and manage scrap costs
• Support evaluations for BOM cost improvements and test time reduction
• Conduct real-time debug and detailed failure analysis (FA) reports
• Drive continual improvement in debug accuracy and process optimization
• Maintain strict compliance with Safety, ESD, Cleanroom, and ISO standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Optoelectronics or Telecommunications Engineering
• Minimum 5 years Experiences in optical device testing/repair or PCBA troubleshooting
• Proficiency in reading circuit diagrams and using test instruments (Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes)
• Able to work with minimum supervision and collaborate with support teams
• Must be willing to undergo mandatory training in Ipoh and work Night Shift rotations

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
