Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Intern to support payroll administration and HR operations for client accounts. This role offers hands-on exposure to outsourced HR services, including payroll processing, statutory compliance, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in payroll data entry, verification, and preparation of payroll reports
- Support statutory calculations and documentation for submissions
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems
- Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters and payroll summaries
- Support leave, claims, and attendance tracking for client accounts
- Help organize and maintain HR files and documentation
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations
- Assist the team in process improvement and data management tasks
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interest in payroll and HR operations
- Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas preferred)
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kuala Lumpur (Kuala Lumpur)
