REQUIREMENTS

• A Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with at least 5 years of experience in plastic tooling design and development
• Preferably with experience in the automotive plastic injection molding sector. Proficiency in injection molding process, mold construction methods, and tooling manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency in injection molding processes, mold constructio and manufacturing techniques. Knowledge of GD&T, ISO drawing standards, and automotive tooling specifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and establish tech standard of mold manufacturing
• Responsible for mold design tech, process development& improvement. Establish the idealist mold design process .
• Support fixture development and improvement
• Support the analysis, development and improvement of clamping fixture for Auto Measuring System
• Establish and monitor the development of Mold manufacturing system to enhance mold quality.
• Plan and implement new mold design system development
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• To handle other tasks and duties as when requested by superior

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,800.00 per month
