PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support and maintain the Student & Corporate Application System including maintenance and support to ensure the business applications and data are secured, available and accessible anytime and anywhere to support business users and functions.
• Participate in business IT need assessment and its translation into solution implementation plan andbudgetary requirement, in Corporate and Student Applications area to ensure business requirements are met.
• Implement systems capacity upgrades and fixes to ensure the services are running at the optimal level.
• Attend to all reported issues to ensure incidents are resolved within Service Level Agreement (SLA) and take initiative and steps to prevent similar incidents.
• Administer Campus Management Application (CMA) (including Project lifecycle, system post implementation & SOP documentation), Learning Management System (LMS), MMASB/ALAM’s webmaster for official website & social media platform (i.e. Facebook, Twitter & YouTube).
• Support Group wide system applications (SAP, Email, Intranet application & others) includes installation, configuration & system troubleshooting.
• Responsible for day-to-day system operations, support, monitoring and updating the applications for internal and external users.
• Keep up to date with the latest development & technology update in Information Technologies (IT) especially in web design/development, Social media platform & Internet Based application.
• Participate in IT Services projects to ensure successful implementation as per project objectives and plans. Upon completion of the system initiative, prepare and conduct training to users in order to verify the projects benefits and realization.
• Implement and enforce ICT policies and procedures to ensure highly secured infrastructure and compliance to the ICT security and operation standards.

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum more than 5 years experience of project management for Software/System Development, Database experience with SQL/Oracle or similar database technologies, Microsoft Power Apps & Power BI.
• Advantage: 1) Developing Business intelligence dashboards & report i.e using Power BI. 2) Strong knowledge of data querying using SQL (including Oracle databases)

• QUALIFICATION:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information and Communication Technology or equivalent.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
